Canadian Press, June 9, 2022.  A union representing SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. engineers has filed a complaint with the national labour board alleging bad-faith bargaining after a subsidiary ordered workers back to the office full-time with one business days’ notice.

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) and Bruce Power are urging SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. and its nuclear workers’ union to resolve ongoing discussions “with the highest urgency” and immediately resume work, saying the issues have led to a sudden withdrawal of key supports for operations.
